Welcome

Paradise Park is a 55+ Land Owned Condominium community.  Each unit or lot is individually owned and includes an equal share of all recreational facilities, utility plants and all common areas.   Although we are not a public recreation vehicle park, visitors are welcome as a guest of property owners on a short term basis.  Paradise Park is a Pet Friendly Community.  This park is an active community with a variety of classes, clubs, sports, golf, and scheduled tournaments and events.
